Silver Jubilee Celebration

The Mahatma Gandhi Degree College, Bhukta, celebrated its silver jubilee on 2012-13. The college, which was established in 1987, has been imparting quality education to the students of Bargarh district and nearby areas for the past 25 years. The celebration started with a flag hoisting ceremony by the principal, Mrs. Kalpana Mishra, followed by a cultural program by the students and staff. The chief guest of the occasion was Shri Sushanta Singh (MLA), the Labour Minister of Odisha. He also praised the college for its achievements and urged the students to follow the ideals of Mahatma Gandhi. The silver jubilee celebration was a memorable event for the college and its stakeholders.
